You know that thing where she rests her chin on your foot while you're cooking? The weight of him across your legs in the morning, like he's trying to hold you in bed? The head tilt every single time you say walk — like the word is brand new?
That. That's the part I want to put in your mailbox once a month.
Tail Mail is a monthly snail mail club for dog moms. A small kraft envelope, hand-addressed, full of paper goods made for the kind of love only dog moms know. Some of it for keeping. Some for sending to the friend whose dog also makes her cry sometimes.
In every envelope:
- A way to make memories with your dog. Different every month — a small invitation to spend time with her, see her, remember the day.
- A letter from me. One page, friend voice. About something I'm trying or learning with my own dog this month.
- A small gift from Bob. Sometimes a watercolor of him, sometimes a postcard from another dog. Always a surprise.
- A branded kraft envelope with the whole thing inside. Hand-addressed.
It's not really mail. It's a way of saying: I see you. I see your dog. Me too.
