When does my first envelope ship?
Envelopes go out the first week of every month, hand-addressed from my kitchen table in Charleston. Sign up by the 28th and you'll be in next month's mail. Miss the cutoff and you'll roll into the one after — worth the wait, promise.
How much does it cost?
$11 a month, US only for now. International is coming later in 2026- promise.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Email me at stacey@tailmail.club to cancel, pause, or update your address — Bob will recover.
Can I gift Tail Mail?
A proper gift flow is in the works. For now, email me at hello@tailmail.club with your giftee's name and address and I'll set it up by hand. Bonus points if you tell me their dog's name.
What if my envelope doesn't arrive?
USPS is mostly reliable but occasionally mysterious, and at this size there's no tracking. If your envelope doesn't show, email me at stacey@tailmail.club and I'll send a replacement — thanks for your understanding here!
What's actually in the envelope?
Three things, every month: a way to spend a few minutes really seeing your dog, a one-page letter from me about what I'm figuring out with mine, and one small handmade thing — maybe for your fridge, maybe for a friend.
Who makes this?
Me — Stacey, in Charleston. With creative consultation from Bob (golden retriever, very loud) and Fabiana (retired guide dog, professional supervisor).
Anything else, email me at stacey@tailmail.club — I read every one myself.
